Fontaine Bleu is one of Harbour Landing’s newest condominium developments. It features 202 units of stunning multi-family apartment-style living with a mid-century modern vintage twist.
The Arcas team was tasked to re-invigorate the brand and visual identity into a more relevant and effective solution. The result was messaging that utilized a memorable wordplay on the condo’s French name roots for blue (bleu) – as well as advertising tactics such as outdoor, print, direct mail and online/social media postcards that were targeted at Regina and extended spill area audiences. Sales for the brand are continuing to do very well and a second phase of units is now in the works.
