Luther College at the University of Regina (LCUR) is a post-secondary institution specializing in the education of Liberal Arts. LCUR is committed to individual attention for students and sense of community that only a small university can offer.

The team at Arcas developed a brand strategy and brand identity refresh to help reshape, guide and position the LCUR offering into a easier-to-understand competitive offering. As well, our team created a comprehensive multi-year advertising strategy and media plan aimed to help LCUR overcome some of the challenges it faces – as a smaller, yet strategically-focussed post-secondary school – in an ever-increasingly competitive landscape of university student recruitment.

Results

Results from the strategy and campaign’s first year of implementation were outstanding: a 50% increase in enrolment counselling appointments and a 21% increase in actual student enrolment over the previous year.
